RWH wins Honorable Mention in the 12th Annual Canstruction Atlanta Competition
Canstruction is the Society for Design Administration’s community service project that promotes the design community and raises food for hunger and relief efforts.
This year’s competition raised 27,390 pounds of food for the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
RWH along with Sedki & Russ Engineering LLC, received Honorable Mention for the “Stopping Hunger is a Piece of Cake” structure. The birthday cake structure was a symbolic representation of ‘getting older’ and was inspired by the 12th anniversary of the event. The structure consisted of many of the Bank’s most needed items: canned beef/vegetable/chicken broth, canned tuna, canned beans, canned peas, canned peaches and pears, canned carrots, and canned tomatoes.
