The master plan provides guidelines for the physical development of the campus to support the academic program as the institution grows to 3,500 students. The plan supports and builds on the original master plan document continuing the development and growth of the campus. Richard Wittschiebe Hand provides building evaluations, campus interviews, and space programming to produce the plan.
