The master plan for Central Assembly of God includes four phases for maximizing the use of their existing 13.4-acre site. The first phase adds a new entry drive and parking with a drop off that accommodates future phases and provides the church with a better street presence. The second phase adds a 14,000 SF family life center that includes a gymnasium, locker rooms, church administration offices that is attached to the existing sanctuary building and additional parking. The third phase is a residential drug treatment center located away from the church on the property with beds for 30 people and a program director's apartment. A separate access road provides privacy for the residents and the church. The fourth phase adds a new sanctuary with seating for 800 people and additional parking. The second and third phases are not dependent on each other, allowing maximum flexibility for implementing the master plan.
